Short term is 14 days or less. All Short Term Sites are paved. Credit card only for short terms. Reservations are required and payment for entire stay due and payable at booking. 24 Hour cancellation policy with the first night forfeited for no show. This is a year-round rv park. Designated sites for short term are all Full Hookups and Pull through.

Long term/ monthly sites are 15 days or more. Reservations are required. No same-day move-ins for month-to-month sites. Background checks ($50 per adult) required for all long term stays along with an application. Click here. $75 Deposit required for all long term stays. Cash, Cashiers Checks, Checks, Credit card accepted for Long Term Stays. All Long Term sites are compacted millings, rocks or crushcrete.

All Adults Required to sign liability waiver at arrival or at time of reservation or in online guest portal.
Attention all 30amp RVs, please bring your own adapter from 50 to 30amp, as not all sites have a 30 amp hookup anymore. Do ask about your assigned site if you don't have an adatper yet. Adapters are inexpensive and should be part of your 30amp gear!
